BOGO's

What is it about Buy One, Get One Free that makes you perk up? We have a local grocery store, Publix, that has the BEST BOGO's ever! A few weeks ago, they had a BOGO on Sweet Baby Ray's - THE best bbq sauce! This week, they've got taco kits, canned veggies, Chips Ahoy, cereal, sweet tea - all buy one, get one free. You just can't pass it up!

Anyone else love a sweet deal like that??

Maybe it is, but it's like an extra bonus if the things that I need are buy one get one free.

YESSSSS!

At the Cub Foods grocery store up here they have 10 for 10$ deals.. on stuff like Lipton green tea in bottles (the 1.5 L size), 6 packs of water, chef boyardee cans, pudding, juice, chips, pretty much a college students dream! I GO CRAZY! last year in the dorms i ate chef boyardee for a week straight when i was sick of the cafeteria :rolf:

I love the buy one, get one free's... I take advantage of it all the time. BUT...You know what happens.. like I'll buy Oreo's..buy 1, get 1 free. And after the 1st package of Oreo's..Everyone is sick of them and the "free" pack ends up sitting around forever.

No Publix in NY either, but most supermarkets here have a check yourself out aisle.

NY Supermarkets
Waldbaums
King Kullen
Pathmark
Stop and Shop
Compare (for the spanish)
Shoprite

Seriously?

I remember we had A&P, Acme, Pathmark and Shoprite in Jersey...I still remember the old stupid Shoprite commercial with the 'can-can' girls.
