bad service rant!!!

ok so i call lil shitters (caesars) one day this week before work. i was running late so i had to get something easy on the way.

so i call to place my order...
me: hi id like to place a p/u order
phone guy: what do you want...(snotty tone)
me: and order of italian cheese bread
phone guy: ok 10 min...click
me. UGGGHH(throws phone at dash)lol J/k

so i arrive 11 min later.

i walk in and say hi to the salons window washer
he says hi back, and get the pay from washing lil shitters windows.

there are 2 ppl behind the counter, and after the window guys leaves they BOTH WALK AWAY FROM THE COUNTER?

so me (dont forget im mad already because of what happened during my order.)

i say can i get my ORDER????
then the slowly walk back, like im screwing somethin up....and ring me up. no bye no thank you.

im never going back, and i want to call the manager.

who else thinks this is shitty??

I hate crappy customer service!!! Especially on the phone!

Call the manager and tell them that their idiot employees don't know how to take care of the people that provide their paychecks

oh i forgot to post that the manager tans here, and some of thier empolyees too.

and the manager is a bitch when she comes in. and the lil shitters is at the other end of the plaza

I used to work for "Lil Shitters" ..it was my 2nd job at 15 yrs. old :rolf: AND WE SUCKED THERE :rolf: Constantly messing up orders. the turn over rate was so bad...So everyday was a "training day" :lau02:

Your lucky if you do get get good service at those places considering who they hire. Your not gonna get the best at mininum wages.

yea the pizzas suck, so its better if i get up early, and get good food with good service!!
